Job Title: AI / Gen AI Developer (Fresher)

About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate AI / Gen AI Developer to join our team and contribute to next‑generation artificial intelligence solutions for the banking domain. This role offers hands-on exposure to generative AI, large language models (LLMs), intelligent automation, and enterprise‑grade AI deployments. Freshers with strong academic foundations and interest in AI are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing AI and Gen AI prototypes and proof-of-concepts.
• Work with LLMs, prompt engineering techniques, and AI/ML frameworks.
• Support the integration of AI solutions into enterprise applications and platforms.
• Participate in model testing, validation, and performance optimization.
• Adhere to responsible AI, data privacy, security, and compliance guidelines.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams for solution implementation.

Qualification & Specialization

• Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence,  Data Science, or a related specialization.
