Job Title: Data Scientist

Job Responsibilities:

1. Collect, clean, and analyze large-scale structured and unstructured datasets to derive actionable insights.
2. Develop predictive models, machine learning algorithms, and statistical analyses to support business decisions.
3. Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to identify opportunities for data-driven improvements.
4. Visualize and communicate findings through reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
5. Continuously research and implement state-of-the-art machine learning and AI techniques.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or related field.
2. 2–5 years of experience in data analysis, machine learning, or data science roles.
3. Proficiency in Python, R, or similar programming languages; experience with SQL for data querying.
4. Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and data mining techniques.
5. Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or matplotlib/seaborn.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with big data frameworks (Hadoop, Spark, etc.) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).
• Familiarity with A/B testing, experimentation design, and causal inference methods.
• Experience deploying machine learning models in production environments.
