Intern Business Analyst – Digital Marketing & Content Management
This internship will join a team of Business Analysts supporting digital marketing and content management initiatives across the organization. The primary focus of this role will be the collection and organization of digital assets, as well as product and brand information for our ecommerce platform. This internship offers hands-on experience working with a modern product information management (PIM) system as well as exposure to eCommerce operations and product data governance in the alcohol beverage industry.
Internship Details
Full-time: June 1st–August 7th
$20/hour
Hybrid role with in-office attendance Tuesday–Thursday and remote work Monday and Friday
Responsibilities
Source product images from internal teams, suppliers, and brand partners to support and enrich eCommerce product listings
Format, rename, organize, and manage product images according to established eCommerce and brand standards
Assist with loading and maintaining product and brand content in the eCommerce platform and PIM, including but not limited to:
Product attributes and descriptions
Product and lifestyle images
Brand logos, descriptions, and brand imagery
Perform content audits, data validation, and quality checks to identify missing, outdated, or incorrect product information
Collaborate with eCommerce, Marketing, and IT stakeholders to resolve content, image, or product data issues
Support analysis of content workflows, publishing processes, and digital asset management practices to identify improvement opportunities
Document content standards, naming conventions, workflows, and FAQs related to product content and image management
Support testing and validation as new or updated product content is published
Track tasks, issues, and progress related to image sourcing and content loading initiatives
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
Current college student pursuing a related major (Business Analytics, Marketing, Information Systems, Digital Marketing, Communications, or similar)
Graduation date 2026 or 2027 preferred
Strong interest in digital marketing, content management, or analytics
Proficiency in Excel or other data analysis tools; ability to work with data sets and reports
Preferred experience with PowerPoint or presentation tools
Familiarity with websites, content platforms, or social/digital marketing tools is a plus
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to think critically, analyze problems, and communicate findings clearly
Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams
