Are you passionate about the future of Generative AI? We are looking for an AI Solutions Engineer to join our team in Ridgewood! In this role, you won’t just be coding in a vacuum—you will be the bridge between cutting-edge technology and real-world business impact.

You’ll work alongside senior architects and Google Cloud partners to design Agentic AI systems (AI that can actually do things) and help enterprise customers move from "What is ChatGPT?" to "How do we run our business on Gemini?" This is a high-visibility role perfect for a technically-minded graduate who loves problem-solving and storytelling.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Support the design of Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions under the guidance of senior architects and engineers.
  • Assist in AI discovery sessions and workshops to understand customer business challenges and identify potential AI use cases.
  • Help translate business requirements into structured AI solution approaches and architecture components.
  • Contribute to the development of Proofs of Concept (PoCs) to demonstrate feasibility and business value.
  • Build and experiment with agent-based AI systems using frameworks such as ADK, LangChain, LangGraph, or similar tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and cloud partners to support solution development using platforms like Google Cloud (Vertex AI, Gemini, etc.).
  • Participate in solution architecture discussions and learn best practices for enterprise-scale AI deployments.
  • Learn and contribute to AI adoption strategies, including defining success metrics and business outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Education: Recent graduate (BS or MS) in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related technical field.
  • AI Curiosity: You have a strong grasp of Generative AI fundamentals, including LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
  • Hands-on Experience: You’ve built projects or completed internships using frameworks like LangChain, CrewAI, or Python for AI applications.
  • Cloud Familiarity: You have some exposure to cloud platforms (Google Cloud/Vertex AI is a huge plus, but AWS or Azure is great too).
  • The "Consultant" Mindset: You enjoy talking to people! You can present your ideas clearly and aren't afraid to lead a technical demo.
  • Agility: The AI world changes every week. You are a fast learner who thrives on staying at the "bleeding edge.
