FY 27 Essential Support Coordinator- A Wider Circle

The Essential Support Coordinator role is a hands-on service role where you will support individuals and families from diverse backgrounds as they visit A Wider Circle to select furniture, baby items, and professional clothing through our Essential Support Program.

You will conduct confidential intake sessions, guide clients through the appointment process, input data, and handle a high volume of phone calls. Ensure client feels welcome and understands all parts of the process. Additionally, you may assist with special projects and attend off-site events when needed.
