Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly analytical and motivated intern to support a strategic initiative focused on transforming how we manage and leverage candidate data across our organization.
As a Revenue Operations & Data Analytics Intern, you will work on a high-impact project to unify lead data, improve attribution accuracy, and optimize performance across the candidate funnel—from initial lead through application and placement. Your work will directly influence how we evaluate lead quality, allocate resources, and improve recruiter efficiency at scale. This is an ideal role for someone interested in data analytics, operations strategy, or growth, who enjoys turning complex data into clear, actionable insights.
Scope of Work & Responsibilities:
Analyze performance across the candidate funnel (Lead → Application → Placement) to identify trends and opportunities
Evaluate lead sources (e.g., job boards, digital marketing, referrals) to determine quality and effectiveness
Develop and track key metrics such as conversion rates and starts per 1,000 leads
Identify gaps in lead attribution and support efforts to improve data accuracy and consistency
Aggregate, clean, and structure data from multiple sources to support a unified data model
Partner with recruiting and operations teams to uncover workflow inefficiencies and improve speed-to-engagement
Translate data into clear insights, dashboards, and executive-ready summaries
Support testing and analysis of initiatives aimed at improving conversion and lead quality
Skills & Experience:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) is a plus
Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Interest in data analytics, operations, or growth strategy
Qualifications:
Education & Experience
High School Diploma or GED required
0–2 years of related experience
3.0 GPA
Additional Requirements
Preferred Background
Pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field
Prior experience with data analysis, research, or consulting projects is a plus
Work Environment / Physical Requirements
Work is performed in an office/home office environment.
Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

Pay Rate$17.25 - $20.50 Hourly
Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
