The Opportunity (Bottom Line)
This is not a “get coffee and sit in meetings” internship.
You’ll work directly alongside leadership (Jeff Zelaya – Business Development) to help drive real growth in a scaling firm.
If you perform, this will turn into a paid role with long-term upside.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll get hands-on experience in real business development and marketing execution, including:
🚀 Business Development & Prospecting
- Research and identify ideal clients (business owners, investors, high earners)
- Assist with LinkedIn outreach and relationship-building campaigns
- Help manage and track leads in CRM systems
- Support follow-ups and nurture sequences
📲 Social Media & Content Execution
- Assist in creating and scheduling content (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)
- Help repurpose content from webinars, client insights, and real scenarios
- Stay on top of trends and suggest content ideas that drive engagement
đź“§ Email & Automation Campaigns
- Build and schedule email campaigns (webinars, offers, client education)
- Assist in creating automated sequences (lead nurture, follow-ups)
- Help track performance metrics (open rates, conversions)
⚙️ Marketing Systems & Growth Projects
- Help streamline and improve marketing workflows
- Support webinar launches and lead generation campaigns
- Assist in building systems that scale outreach and client acquisition
