Clinical Students Innovation & Workforce Pilot Intern – HealthPOD™
HealthPOD™ is an AI-powered healthcare workforce platform built by Connex AI, designed to solve one of the biggest challenges in healthcare: connecting the right professionals to the right opportunities based on real clinical competency, not just resumes.
We are currently launching a pilot program with select university students to test and refine a new model for skill validation, career readiness, and job matching in healthcare.
About the Pilot Opportunity
This is a selective pilot internship for Clinical students interested in shaping the future of healthcare careers.
As part of this pilot, you will:
- Experience a new AI-driven skill assessment model
- Participate in competency-based evaluations aligned with real-world roles
- Provide feedback to help improve how healthcare professionals transition into the workforce
- Gain early access to a platform designed to connect you with future clinical and non-clinical opportunities
This is not a traditional internship — it is a career-launch pilot experience.
Who Should Apply
We are looking for students currently enrolled in programs such as:
- Nursing (BSN, ABSN)
- Pre-med / Biology / Health Sciences
- Public Health (MPH, BSPH)
- Allied Health fields (CNA, MA, EMT, etc.)
- Healthcare Administration / MHA
- Psychology (clinical or behavioral focus)
What You’ll Do
- Complete structured clinical and behavioral skill assessments
- Participate in short recorded or live interview simulations
- Engage with real-world healthcare scenarios and decision-making exercises
- Provide structured feedback on usability and experience
- Collaborate (optionally) with our team on improving student-to-workforce transitions
