Chemical Engineering Intern
ANR Group Inc is recruiting students currently enrolled in Chemical Engineering for a summer internship opportunity with Hanford Laboratory Management and Integration on the Hanford site in Richland, WA.
This internship is open to students with Junior or Senior class standing that can be available for a 12-to-14-week internship. This position is a full-time, 40 hour per week internship. The schedule is Monday- Thursday, 6 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The hourly rate is $26-$29 per hour depending on major and class standing.
Duties:
- Assist with project management activities for the Analytical Services Group.
- learn how to review technical information relevant to the requirements of analytical data/reports, and how the data supports the Hanford tank waste processing mission.
Basic Qualifications:
- US Citizenship
- Maintain a 2.5 GPA or higher
- Must be 18 years of age or older at the time of the internship
- Junior or Senior class standing, fulltime students (12+ credit hours) during the two quarters/semesters immediately preceding the start of the internship or a recent college graduate
Desired Qualifications:
- Completion of some chemistry or science related courses, and good communication skills.
- Proficiency of Microsoft Office programs, such as Excel and Word.
