WXOU - Music Director

Curate the sound of WXOU!  Our radio station gets many indie artists from all around the world.

What you'll be doing:
- Responding to music promoters over the phone and through email.
- Reaching out to artists to partner with the radio.
- Leading a team of volunteers to help curate new music submissions.
- Creating the on-air music schedule.
- Can learn and adapt to our station software.

This job is perfect for you if you:
- Love music!
- Are familiar with the indie music scene.
- Are comfortable speaking over the phone.
- Can commit to being in the station consistently.

Requirements:

- Expected weekly commitment: 10 hrs minimum
- Are familiar with different music genres
