As a Data & Analytics Intern, you will gain hands-on experience across reporting, business intelligence, machine learning, and operationalized AI. You’ll work alongside experienced analysts to explore how data drives operational and financial decisions across TouchPoint. This internship offers a balanced exposure to dashboard development, data modeling, storytelling, and emerging AI capabilities.

 

This is an opportunity to learn, experiment, and contribute while developing practical skills that extend beyond the classroom.

 

WHAT YOU’LL EXPERIENCE & EXPLORE

 

  • Support the development of visual reports, KPI scorecards, and dashboards using tools such as Qlik Sense.
  • Assist with recurring operational reporting and performance tracking.
  • Explore how data is cleansed, transformed, and modeled from multiple business systems.
  • Contribute to ad hoc analysis that helps identify trends and opportunities within operations.
  • Gain exposure to applied analytics techniques such as regression, clustering, and basic predictive modeling.
  • Learn how analytics insights are translated into clear, compelling business narratives.
  • Participate in team discussions around machine learning use cases and operationalized AI initiatives.
  • Assist in documenting dashboards, processes, and data definitions.
  • Observe and contribute to presentations delivered to business stakeholders.

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Finance, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.

Experience

  • Academic projects or coursework involving data analysis, statistics, or visualization.
  • Exposure to tools such as Excel, Python, R, Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik is a plus — not required.

Technical Foundations (Preferred but Not Required)

  • Basic understanding of data analysis concepts.
  • Familiarity with Excel (formulas, pivot tables).
  • Introductory knowledge of SQL, Python, or data visualization tools.
