As we scale, we’re seeking a Talent Acquisition & Outreach Intern to support both AI-driven recruiting operations and business program management. This is not a typical internship — you’ll gain hands-on exposure to startup operations, AI recruiting workflows, and global business execution while working directly with our clients and cross-functional teams.

 

Role Overview

Location: Fully Remote

Duration: 3 months

Type: Unpaid Internship (w/full-time return offer possibilities + visa sponsorship)

 

 

What You’ll Do

  • Support day-to-day operations of OCBridge’s AI-powered Virtual Sourcer workflows
  • Conduct high-volume outbound outreach to potential candidates and/or clients through cold calls
  • Learn and operate AI-powered talent sourcing workflows for global tech and engineering roles
  • Initiate conversations with prospects, quickly build rapport, and identify hiring or job-seeking needs
  • Qualify leads and candidates through structured conversations, assessing fit, interest level, and readiness
  • Own and manage outreach pipelines — track interactions, follow-ups, and conversion metrics to ensure consistent progress
  • Support candidate coordination — including scheduling, tracking, and communication with recruiters and hiring managers
  • Hit weekly and monthly outreach and conversion targets in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Provide feedback from the market (candidate/client insights) to improve recruiting strategy and positioning

 

Who You Are

  • Curious about AI, business strategy, and recruiting technology, with a passion for improving efficiency through smart systems.
  • Strong communicator with confidence in initiating conversations with new people (cold calling doesn’t intimidate you)
  • Highly outgoing and people-oriented; you enjoy building relationships and influencing others
  • Result-driven and performance-oriented — motivated by targets, metrics, and tangible outcomes
  • Resilient and persistent; comfortable handling rejection and able to bounce back quickly
  • Fast learner with strong adaptability; able to quickly understand roles, industries, and talking points
  • Organized and execution-focused; able to manage multiple conversations and follow-ups simultaneously
  • Proactive with a strong sense of ownership — you don’t wait to be told what to do
  • Interested in recruiting, sales, business development, or client-facing roles
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese is a strong plus
