Human Resources Intern
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Human Resources Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to the fast-paced world of professional recruitment and HR. You’ll gain valuable experience in talent acquisition, candidate engagement, HR support, and business development activities while working alongside experienced consultants and HR professionals.
What You’ll Do
Make phone calls to prospective new clients to support lead generation and business development efforts
Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, including drafting job descriptions, screening CVs, and coordinating interviews
Support HR initiatives such as employee engagement, onboarding, and training activities
Maintain and update candidate and client databases with accuracy
Conduct market research to support consultants across our specialist recruitment disciplines
Provide administrative support to the HR and recruitment teams
Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and HR-related projects
What We’re Looking For
Current student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Comfortable engaging with new clients over the phone in a professional and confident manner
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with ATS/HR systems is a plus
Enthusiasm to learn about recruitment, HR best practices, and talent management

The Role
We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Operations Intern to join our dynamic back-office team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across various operational functions that support the core of our recruitment business.
You’ll work closely with our Sales Support, Administration, Accounting, and Marketing teams while also gaining cross-functional exposure by supporting recruitment teams in HR, Financial Services, Technology, Retail Construction, and other specialist sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to the business operations team
- Assist in data entry, document preparation, and process management
- Support finance and accounting teams with invoice tracking and reconciliation tasks
- Coordinate with the marketing team on internal campaigns and content distribution
- Help maintain internal CRM systems and databases with up-to-date candidate and client information
- Collaborate with recruitment consultants on scheduling, candidate follow-ups, and document formatting
- Assist in the preparation of reports and performance metrics for leadership
- Take part in process improvement initiatives and internal projects
Requirements
Currently pursuing a degree in Business, HR, Marketing, Accounting, or a related field
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive, eager to learn, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

On-site Supervision and Support
Our internships include 24/7 on-site staff to support students working and living abroad. All students will also report to a supervisor at their internship site. Supervisors provide and oversee daily tasks, introduce the intern to team members, and mentor the intern in organizational agility, skill acquisition, and career readiness. Interns complete a midpoint and final evaluation, and supervisors complete a final evaluation of their interns. All work responsibilities and projects are approved in advance.
Academic Credit
