Sales Operations/ Lead Generation Intern

Summer Internship: $21/ hr

We're looking for a summer intern to support our Growth Dept.   This will work remotely from home up to 30 hours a week, M-F.  

 

Primary responsibilities include: 

Lead Generation:
 

  • Manage and optimize our Walego LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign performance by rep and optimize the platform and its AI to improve performance and accuracy in qualifying leads based on our ICP and persona based messaging.
  • Support outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification in a capacity similar to an SDR/BDR by identifying target accounts and key contacts aligned to our ICP, building and managing sequenced outreach cadences, and driving early stage engagement to consistently generate qualified meetings for the sales team.
  • Build, manage, and maintain sales activity tracking and reporting in Salesforce for inclusion in the Weekly Business Review report shared with Growth Leadership.



Data Clean-up:
 

  • Assist with cleaning up historical sales opportunity data to support win/loss analysis by solution/product and reason. This will help provide insights for both sales and product marketing.



Client Success Support:
 

  • Help transition account planning from PowerPoint to Salesforce for better tracking into objectives and action plans.
