Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented intern to support CRM data quality and cleanup efforts across our enterprise systems. This role focuses on improving the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of CRM records by identifying discrepancies, correcting data issues, and supporting data preparation for upcoming platform changes.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in data integrity, CRM systems, and Microsoft-based environments, with hands-on exposure to Dynamics CRM, data governance, and enterprise data cleanup practices.

Key Responsibilities

· Review and reconcile CRM records to ensure accuracy and consistency

· Identify and resolve data discrepancies, duplicates, and incomplete records

· Perform updates and corrections within CRM under guidance from senior team members

· Support data preparation for CRM9 → D365 migration activities

· Document findings, cleanup rules, and data standards

· Collaborate with IT and business teams to maintain clean and reliable CRM data

· Assist with data validation during testing cycles

· Support onboarding/offboarding data alignment as needed

Required Qualifications

· Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, or related field

· Experience or coursework involving:

o Data analysis or data structures

o Excel/Google Sheets

o Basic understanding of CRM systems

· Strong attention to detail and interest in data accuracy

· Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

· Strong organizational and communication skills

Preferred Skills

· Familiarity with data reconciliation or data cleanup

· Exposure to CRM platforms (Dynamics preferred)

· Experience working with spreadsheets, filters, lookups, or basic data tools

· Understanding of data governance concepts
