Job Tittle- Salesforce Developer

Role Overview

We’re looking for a motivated entry-level Salesforce Developer to join our team. You’ll work on customizing and maintaining the Salesforce platform, supporting business needs, and building scalable solutions under the guidance of senior developers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customize Salesforce applications using declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules)
  • Assist in developing Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Components (LWC/Aura)
  • Support integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards
  • Debug and troubleshoot issues in existing Salesforce implementations
  • Collaborate with admins, business analysts, and senior developers to gather requirements
  • Participate in code reviews and follow best practices
  • Maintain documentation for development work

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Basic understanding of Salesforce platform and CRM concepts
  • Familiarity with:
    • Apex programming
    • SOQL/SOSL queries
    • Lightning Web Components (LWC) or Aura
  • Understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Good communication skills and willingness to learn

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce certifications such as:
    • Salesforce Certified Administrator
    • Salesforce Platform Developer I (nice to have for entry-level)
  • Internship or project experience with Salesforce
  • Knowledge of version control tools like Git
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
