Role: AI Analyst
Location - Pleasanton/Pasadena, CA
Role Overview
The AI Analyst will support the design, development, and testing of machine learning models and AI‑driven applications. Working under the guidance of senior engineers and data scientists, the trainee will focus on data preparation, model training, testing, and integration into software and cloud platforms.
This role is ideal for fresh graduates interested in AI/ML, data analysis, and applied machine learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in collecting, cleaning, and preprocessing data for AI and machine learning models
- Support model development and training using Python‑based ML frameworks
- Help test model performance, identify issues, and improve accuracy under supervision
- Assist in integrating AI/ML models into existing applications and cloud platforms
- Support documentation of models, experiments, and results for internal review
- Collaborate with data scientists, AI engineers, and software teams
- Follow best practices in model validation, experimentation, and versioning
- Continuously learn about emerging AI technologies, tools, and industry trends
Qualifications & Skill Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (final year or completed) in:
- Computer Science
- Information Technology
- Data Science
- Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning
- Computer Engineering or related fields
Technical Skills (Basic knowledge / academic exposure):
- Strong foundation in Python programming
- Basic understanding of machine learning concepts
- Familiarity with ML libraries/frameworks such as:
- TensorFlow
- PyTorch
- Keras
- Scikit‑learn
- Awareness of data preprocessing and feature engineering
- Exposure to SQL/NoSQL databases and data libraries like Pandas and NumPy
- Basic understanding of model evaluation and optimization techniques
