Purpose of the Role
As an Operations Intern, you support the setup, development, and execution of Unity Bands’ fundraising initiatives. This role focuses on planning and implementing events and campaigns that drive resources for the organization, while ensuring smooth logistical coordination across committees.

Key Responsibilities

Fundraiser Execution

Assist in planning and carrying out fundraising events, campaigns, and initiatives.

Support the development of materials (flyers, emails, presentations) to promote fundraising activities.

Operational Support

Lead the operations team. Coordinate logistics for events, including scheduling, technology setup, and resource allocation.

Maintain operational records and documents on Unity Bands’ Google Drive.

Collaboration & Cross-Department Support

Work closely with Research and HR committees to align fundraising execution with data-driven strategies and organizational needs.

Provide timely updates and progress reports to the Operations Chair and Board of Directors.
