Overview:
We’re looking for a motivated, competitive Recruiting Intern who wants real exposure to a fast-paced, sales-driven environment. If you like talking to people, staying busy, and working toward goals, this is a great way to get your foot in the door. You’ll spend time building candidate pipelines through outreach, while also helping keep our recruiting engine running through strong organization, data entry, and project support.
What You’ll Do:
- Reach out to candidates through calls, LinkedIn, and email (expect a high volume)
- Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for current and future roles
- Screen candidates and help determine fit for open positions
- Partner with recruiters to move candidates through the interview process
- Keep our system (ATS) updated in real time with candidate notes, activity, and status updates
- Handle detailed data entry like logging calls, tracking outreach, updating resumes, and organizing candidate information
- Clean up and maintain data quality (duplicate profiles, missing info, outdated records, etc.)
- Assist with market research
- Jump in on projects that help improve recruiting processes and pipeline flow
What We’re Looking For:
- Currently in college with graduation within the next year
- Comfortable talking to new people and not afraid of cold outreach
- Competitive, goal-oriented, and okay with a fast pace
- Organized and detail-oriented (you’ll be working in systems a lot)
- Able to manage multiple tasks without things slipping through the cracks
- Interest in sales, recruiting, or business development
