Cancellations Intern

American Guardian Warranty Services, Inc. (AGWS), an affiliate of Reynolds and Reynolds, is looking for a Summer Intern to work with our Cancellations team. As a Cancellations Intern you will be responsible for processing cancellations of American Guardian vehicle service agreements. You’ll be tasked with auditing documentation to ensure all guidelines are enforced. Communication with contract holders, dealers and lien holders will be conducted by mail, fax, phone, and e-mail.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Processing and auditing cancel request documents
- Adhering to state guidelines and various timelines
- Heavy phone interaction with dealers, agents, customers, and finance companies
- Prepare daily cancel spreadsheets and issue refunds
- Interacting with other internal departments
