Service Desk Specialist

Cul’s Courthouse Grille is looking for a Service Desk Specialist to provide technical and operational support for our restaurant systems and guest services. In this role, you will act as the go-to person for troubleshooting technology issues, supporting our team with POS and reservation systems, and ensuring smooth digital operations in our fast-paced historic restaurant environment. This is an excellent hybrid position for someone who enjoys problem-solving and supporting both staff and guests.

Key Responsibilities
•  Serve as the primary point of contact for all service desk requests from staff and management
•  Troubleshoot and resolve issues with POS systems, tablets, printers, online ordering platforms, and reservation software
•  Support Wi-Fi network, security cameras, sound system for live music events, and other restaurant technology
•  Manage and update digital menus, website content, and online booking systems
•  Assist with data entry, sales reporting, inventory logs, and basic administrative tasks
•  Provide training and ongoing support to team members on restaurant software and equipment
•  Respond to guest tech-related inquiries (e.g., online reservations, gift cards, Wi-Fi access)
•  Monitor system performance and coordinate with external vendors when needed
•  Help maintain organized digital records and backups

Requirements
•  1+ years of experience in IT support, help desk, or technical customer service (restaurant/tech experience a plus)
•  Strong problem-solving skills and patience when helping non-technical team members
•  Familiarity with POS systems (Toast, Square, etc.), Google Workspace, and basic networking preferred
•  Excellent communication and customer service skills
•  Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends
•  Reliable transportation and ability to lift up to 30 lbs when handling equipment

Compensation
$17–$22 per hour (based on experience and technical skills)
