· Responsibilities:
o Hogan Product Development and Services:
o Designs, develops, installs, tests, and documents complex application software. Contributes to the design and delivery of technical architecture solution components.
· Mandatory Skills:
o Agile Methodology
o Banking
o COBOL
o Mainframe
· Mandatory Skills Description:
o 1-2 years of Hogan experience
o 5 to 8 years of Mainframe/COBOL/CICS/JCL
o 4+ Retail Banking domain experience in one or more of Deposits, Lending and Customer Information
o Experience working with software design, software development life cycle, development methodologies, and implementation
o Experience in Agile Methodologies
· Nice-to-Have Skills Description:
o 4+ Banking product experience
o 4+ years of product design and development.
