Full Stack Engineering Summer Intern

Location: San Jose / Silicon Valley (Hybrid preferred)
Duration: Summer 2026 (3–4 months)

We help high-growth startups and enterprise teams hire faster through AI-executed sourcing workflows and recruiter-verified execution. Our platform, Hiring Copilot, is transforming recruiting from a traditional service into an AI-powered hiring execution system.

We work with AI startups and global technology companies across engineering, AI research, GTM, and operations hiring.

This is an opportunity to work directly with experienced operators in a fast-moving startup environment where interns contribute to real production systems from day one.

What You’ll Work On

  • Build and improve internal tools and workflow systems
  • Develop backend services and APIs powering Hiring Copilot
  • Work on AI agent workflows, automation systems, and recruiting infrastructure
  • Integrate LLM APIs and third-party platforms
  • Improve data pipelines, system reliability, and product efficiency
  • Collaborate closely with founders and cross-functional teams
  • Ship production features used internally and by customers

What We’re Looking For

  • Current BS/MS student in Computer Science or related field
  • Strong coding fundamentals and problem-solving skills
  • Experience building software projects, tools, or backend systems
  • Familiarity with APIs, databases, and modern development workflows
  • Fast learner with strong ownership mindset
  • Strong interest in startups, AI products, and building from zero
  • Scrappy, resourceful, and execution-driven

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience building AI applications or agent workflows
  • Experience with cloud deployment or scalable systems
  • Startup, hackathon, or side-project experience
  • Passion for entrepreneurship or building products from scratch
