Indirect Tax Intern

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Indirect Tax Summer Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in sales and use tax compliance, research, and process improvement across multiple jurisdictions. You’ll gain exposure to real-world tax operations while working alongside experienced professionals in a collaborative environment. 

 

Work Locations: 

This is a hybrid position based out of our office in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania. This position must live and be authorized to work in the United States; it is not eligible for relocation or sponsorship.

Duration:

Summer Internship (Approx. 10–12 weeks)

None

 

What You Will Do:

  • Assist with sales and use tax activities, including multistate tax research and compliance analysis 
  • Support special projects related to indirect tax processes and reporting 
  • Organize and maintain compliance trackers, ensuring updates and open items are accurately documented 
  • Evaluate indirect tax filing frequencies and update records on state tax authority websites 
  • Coordinate updates with external tax compliance vendors to ensure accurate filing requirements (monthly, quarterly, annual) 

 

What You Will Need:

  • Currently enrolled at an accredited college or university, pursuing a degree in Accounting or Finance 
  • Entering junior or senior year of undergraduate studies 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a foundation in accounting principles 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to work with data effectively 
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills 
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively 
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment
