Molecular Technical Product Support
The position of Molecular Technical Product Support (TPS) is within our Infectious Disease Developed Markets Business Unit located in Scarborough, Maine. This role will be responsible for executing and conducting experiments; may develop or recommend experiments for investigations or change control projects (GMI/design change/process improvements). Writing/witnessing laboratory reports and performing data analysis.

Pay rate - $26/hr on w2
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work in conjunction with Sr. Scientists to develop a stability program for product lines and conduct stability testing.
- Assist with the execution of verification of supplier changes for product components through laboratory experiments and document change control.
- Execute laboratory experiments in support of investigations, design changes, and process improvements.
- Perform data analysis using established statistical techniques.
- Write and witness laboratory reports and technical documentation in compliance with GDP requirements.
- Support execution of Design of Experiments (DOEs) under guidance.
- Participate in general laboratory activities under BSL‑1 and BSL‑2 conditions, including work with potentially infectious materials.
- Presents technical content to peers and/or management.
- Carries out duties in compliance with established business policies and procedures.
- Demonstrates commitment to the development, implementation and effectiveness of applicable Quality Processes as per ISO, FDA, and other regulatory agencies.
- Responsible for exhibiting professional behavior with both internal/external business associates that reflects positively on the company and is consistent with the company’s policies and practices.
- Responsibility to understand and maintain awareness of the quality consequences which may occur from the improper performance of their specific job.
- Support department by performing related tasks as requested.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS | EDUCATION:
- Enrollment in a college level Life Science Degree Program (Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related technical field).
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Laboratory coursework including the use of micro-pipettors.
- Basic statistical understanding (t-test, etc).
