We are looking to bring on a painting apprentice over the summer to help with multi-family apartment building interior and exterior renovations. We can offer competitive pay and the opportunity to learn new skills from our senior maintenance team members with over 20 years of experience. Whether you've helped around the house, painted in art class, or have professional experience, there is an opportunity for you to learn and grow.
What You'll Do
Working with our supportive team, you will:
- Attend to apartment painting
- Empty trash room receptacles into the dumpster
- Conduct interior demolitions
- Work on daily assigned maintenance tasks
- Thoroughly clean units for tenant move-ins
What You'll Learn
Working alongside our skilled maintenance team, you'll gain real-world experience in:
- Painting, drywall, and cosmetic improvements
- Appliance installation and repair
- Unit turnover and renovation projects
Required Qualifications
- Some painting experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Personal vehicle and current auto insurance
- Ability to pass a background check
