About OCBridge / Hiring Copilot
OCBridge is an AI-native recruiting platform based in Silicon Valley.
We help high-growth startups and technology companies hire interview-ready talent through AI-executed sourcing workflows combined with human-in-the-loop recruiting operations.
Our platform, Hiring Copilot, is built around a simple idea:
AI should not just assist recruiters.
It should execute recruiting workflows.
We are building an AI-enabled hiring system that combines LLM agents, workflow automation, proprietary talent data, and real operational feedback loops to deliver hiring outcomes at speed and scale.
This is an early-stage, fast-moving startup environment working directly with founders, operators, recruiters, and real production workflows.
Role Overview
We are looking for an AI-native product thinker who can quickly understand business workflows, operational pain points, and founder ideas, then rapidly translate them into practical AI-powered product features, automations, and internal tools.
This role sits at the intersection of:
- product thinking
- workflow design
- AI systems
- rapid prototyping
- operations
- technical execution
You will work closely with our founders, GRO leader, and Tech team to understand how recruiting workflows operate day to day, where hidden inefficiencies exist, and how AI-native workflows can redesign those processes from the ground up.
Strong candidates are highly proactive communicators, fast learners, organized project drivers, and AI-native problem solvers who naturally explore problems, ask thoughtful questions, and move quickly from idea to execution.
This is a high-ownership role in a scrappy startup environment.
What You’ll Do

- Shadow GRO leaders and Virtual Sourcers to understand real recruiting operations
- Proactively ask questions and uncover hidden workflow inefficiencies
- Translate ambiguous business discussions into structured product features and automation opportunities
- Help design AI-native workflows, internal tools, and automation systems
- Rapidly prototype and iterate product ideas using modern AI tools and Python-based workflows
- Coordinate closely with workflow owners and operators during product iteration
- Improve workflow speed, operational quality, and recruiter productivity through AI-powered solutions
- Document workflow logic, product decisions, and implementation tradeoffs
- Drive projects forward proactively with strong follow-up, organization, and communication
