Corporate Partnerships Intern

We are hiring a Partnerships Intern at Anvara.

Remote/In Person – New York, NY

~40 hours per week

Anvara helps brands like Delta, Kalshi, and DHL find and execute sponsorships with sports teams (LAFC, NY Jets) and cultural events (Art Basel, Coachella). Sponsorships are still largely manual, relationship-driven, and opaque. We are building the first structured, transparent marketplace for this industry.

We recently raised a $3M seed round from some of the most respected investors in the sports and entertainment ecosystem.

What You’ll Do:

You will work directly with the partnerships team to support the growth and liquidity of the marketplace. You will be doing real operator work.

Core responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with onboarding sports teams, leagues, festivals, and event operators onto the marketplace
  • Helping build and refine sponsorship listings (copy, structure, pricing tiers, positioning)
  • Conducting research on tentpole sports and entertainment events
  • Identifying new event opportunities aligned with brand mandates
  • Supporting outbound outreach to rights holders and event organizers
  • Maintaining CRM and marketplace
  • Contributing to special projects across sports, film, music, and cultural tentpoles

You will gain exposure to:

  • Sponsorship deal structuring
  • Marketplace economics
  • Sports and entertainment business development
  • Startup execution and early-stage growth strategy

  • We move fast and iterate constantly.
  • We operate with full ownership.
  • We value initiative and independent thinking.

About You

  • Deep interest in sports, entertainment, or brand partnerships
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Comfortable doing research and synthesizing information
  • Proactive and not afraid to interact with people
  • Curious about startups and marketplaces

Nice to have:

  • Prior sports industry or agency experience
  • Familiarity with sponsorships or brand marketing
  • Comfort working in Google Sheets

Time Commitment

  • Approximately 40 hours per week
