Position Summary
Supports the Associations & Organizations Outreach Team by assisting with advocacy, organizing, and grassroots engagement initiatives. Helps build relationships with community organizations and supporters while promoting the organization’s mission and engagement goals. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals interested in advocacy, organizing, or nonprofit outreach. No prior experience is required, and training and guidance are provided. 

Key Responsibilities

Assist with outreach to community members, associations, and grassroots supporters

Support the planning and coordination of outreach activities, meetings, and events

Help distribute outreach materials and ensure information is shared accurately

Track outreach activities, contacts, and engagement outcomes

Collaborate with communications, events, and field teams to support outreach efforts

Conduct basic research to support advocacy, organizing, and engagement initiatives

Assist with documentation, organization, and reporting of outreach activities
Provide general administrative and operational support to the Outreach Team
