We are looking for a recent college graduate or early-career engineer to join our team as an AI Developer! You will help build and support the platform that powers enterprise-grade AI agent systems across large-scale initiatives.

In this role, you will contribute to the development of agent tooling, automation pipelines, and integration frameworks that enable AI agents to operate reliably in real-world engineering workflows. You’ll work alongside experienced engineers to turn AI-driven ideas into production-ready systems. If you are a curious, detail-oriented problem solver excited about AI, automation, and platform engineering, we’d love to connect with you!

Responsibilities:

• Assist in building and maintaining shared Python and TypeScript libraries used for integrations with tools like Jira, Confluence, and internal APIs
• Support the development of AI agent scaffolding, including session setup, context handling, and standardized output formats
• Contribute to automation pipelines that enforce quality checks such as test coverage, vulnerability scanning, and production readiness gates
• Help implement REST API integrations, including authentication, pagination, and error handling patterns
• Collaborate with senior engineers to improve the reliability of AI-powered systems through logging, retry logic, and health checks
• Follow established coding standards, agent behavioral rules, and platform conventions to ensure consistency across systems
• Participate in CI/CD processes and contribute to improving developer workflows and tooling

What’s In It For You…?

• Gain hands-on experience building real AI-powered systems that run in production environments
• Learn from experienced platform engineers, SREs, and AI specialists in a fast-growing space
• Work on impactful projects early that automate real engineering workflows at scale
• Develop skills in API integration, automation frameworks, and AI agent development
• Receive mentorship, training, and exposure to modern tools in cloud, DevOps, and AI systems
• Competitive compensation and comprehensive health, vision, and dental benefits

Top Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (completed or in progress)
• Experience with at least one programming language (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Java)
• Basic understanding of REST APIs and web services
• Familiarity with Git and software development workflows
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new technologies

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to Python scripting or backend development
• Familiarity with APIs such as Jira or Confluence (or similar tools)
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab, etc.)
• Awareness of logging, monitoring, or observability tools
• Interest in AI/ML, automation, or agent-based systems
• Exposure to JSON, data handling, or simple automation scripts
