Job Title:  Data Analyst 

Join our growing analytics team and kickstart your career in data-driven decision-making. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst who is passionate about transforming data into meaningful insights. In this role, you will collaborate with experienced professionals to analyze, interpret, and visualize data that supports strategic business decisions.

This opportunity begins with a 10-week internship program designed to provide hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to real-world business challenges. High-performing interns will have the opportunity to transition into a full-time Data Analyst position based on performance and business needs. Candidates should be open to relocation within the United States after the completion of the 10-week internship program, based on business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven insights.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that improve business performance.
  • Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Present analytical findings in a clear and actionable format for stakeholders.

Data Management

  • Collect, clean, validate, and transform data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Support the optimization of data storage, retrieval, and reporting processes.
  • Assist in building automated workflows and data pipelines to improve reporting efficiency.

Business Insights & Interpretation

  • Interpret complex datasets and provide recommendations to support operational and strategic initiatives.
  • Help define and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through reporting and analytics tools.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives through data-backed insights.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with data engineers, developers, and business teams to ensure data integrity and usability.
  • Communicate analysis results effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Document analytical methodologies, workflows, and findings for future reference and knowledge sharing.

Continuous Learning & Growth

  • Stay informed about emerging trends, tools, and best practices in data analytics and business intelligence.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to strengthen technical and analytical skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel, and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Familiarity with data cleaning, preparation, and analysis techniques.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a collaborative environment.
  • Willingness to relocate within the United States after the internship period, if required.
