You can look forward to these exciting tasks

  • Maintain and organize HSE records (training logs, incidents, audits, permits).
  • Support document control for HSE policies, procedures, and reports.
  • Update trackers (injuries, near misses, inspections, CAPAs) and verify data accuracy.
  • Prepare meeting minutes, dashboards, reports, and presentations.
  • Support internal communications (emails, campaigns, safety materials).
  • Assist with audits, inspections, and compliance activities (ISO standards).
  • Help maintain legal registers and audit documentation.
  • Support HSE projects, training activities, and site events.
  • Conduct basic inspections (equipment, safety checks) and assist with risk/ergonomic assessments.
  • Assist with SDS updates, LOTO inventory, and training coordination.
  • Perform general HSE administrative and support tasks as needed.

 

Qualifications

  • Pursuing a degree in HSE, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Basic knowledge of HSE concepts (training provided if needed).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Good communication, teamwork, and willingness to learn.
  • MS Office proficiency; SAP is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
