Logistics Intern – Supply Chain & Warehouse Optimization
Role Summary
The Logistics Intern supports supply chain and warehouse operations through process improvement, data analytics, and systems optimization. This role focuses on enhancing material flow, inventory accuracy, and visibility using SAP, WMS tools, and data visualization platforms.

Key Responsibilities & Projects
- Improve warehouse operations through visual management, labeling, and standardized procedures
- Support FIFO, lot traceability, and inventory accuracy initiatives
- Assist with SAP master data management and minor system enhancements (e.g., custom t-codes)
- Develop reports and dashboards using Grafana and Power BI to support inventory and operations analysis
- Create process flows and decision tools for resolving inventory discrepancies (e.g., missing tanks)
- Support automation initiatives, including AI tools for clerical tasks
- Contribute to WMS implementation preparation, including data cleanup and process mapping
- Assist with safety and efficiency improvements, including warehouse layout and marking systems
Skills & Qualifications
- Pursuing degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field
- Familiarity with SAP or ERP systems preferred
- Strong skills in Excel, with exposure to Power BI or data visualization tools
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and process improvement focus
- Ability to document workflows and communicate clearly across teams
- Interest or experience in automation, AI tools, or data systems is a plus
