We are Skarmy. We are a lean team building the company structure of an AI-native future. We are in San Francisco, in person, every day.

The role

Distribution is the moat.

This is not a marketing coordinator role. This is not a role where you wait for someone to hand you a content calendar.

You will own how Skarmy shows up in the world. From the launch video to the founder dinner to the post that takes over everyone’s feed. You are half creative director, half growth hacker.

Your job is to make Skarmy impossible for ambitious founders to ignore.

What You Will Own

  • Creative engine. Hooks, videos, product demos, memes, founder content, UGC, landing pages, and campaigns. You build a system for shipping creative every week.
  • Organic distribution. You grow Skarmy across X, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and whatever platform matters next. You understand what earns attention and what kills it.
  • Founder community. Dinners, events, partnerships, group chats, yacht parties, and strange experiments that put Skarmy at the center of the startup ecosystem.
  • Growth experiments. You test ten ideas to find the one that works. You measure results, kill weak ideas quickly, and aggressively scale the winners.
  • Our first 100 companies. You help us find them, win them, and turn them into people who won’t stop talking about Skarmy.
     

What We Are Looking For
 

  • You have a really good social presence and a very interesting Instagram Reels / TikTok feed (the founder will personally scroll through your phone).
  • You're scrappy, energetic, and experimental, but you're also rigorous.
  • You love trying 10 ideas to find the 1 that blows up, and you're ready to bet your life on it.
  • You are unusually good at something. Maybe it's building automation tools for your family, reselling sneakers, selling Pokémon Go cards, or making music.
  • You're EXTREMELY funny.
  • You have high agency.
  • You have very funny FYP on tiktok / instagram

Bonus: 

  • You're familiar with running Meta Ads and UGC campaigns at scale.
  • You know the basics of growth engineering and automation.
  • You’re deeply connected to the startup ecosystem.
     

We work five to six days a week at the office. One of those days is social time: we go out (we really love concerts, kbbq, etc.), we decompress, we are humans. The rest of the time we are building. If you don’t work everyday, you are going to lose.
