 Position Overview

In this role, you will collaborate with experienced professionals to analyze, interpret, and visualize data that supports strategic business decisions.

This opportunity begins with a 10-week internship program, designed to provide hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to real-world business challenges. High-performing interns will have the opportunity to transition into a full-time Data Analyst position based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis & Reporting:

• Gather, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends and insights that support business decisions.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Provide clear, actionable insights to stakeholders by translating raw data into comprehensive reports.

Business Insights & Recommendations:

• Collaborate with business units to understand their objectives and provide data-driven recommendations for process improvements and strategy development.
• Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and track them through customized reporting solutions.
• Assist in the development of strategies based on trends, anomalies, and insights drawn from various data sources.

Data Management:

• Clean, prepare, and structure data from multiple sources for analysis, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Develop and implement processes to ensure the quality and integrity of the data used in reports and dashboards.
• Work with data engineers and IT teams to optimize data extraction, processing, and reporting workflows.

Collaboration & Communication:

• Work closely with business leaders to define reporting requirements and ensure timely delivery of reports that meet business needs.
• Present data insights and reports to stakeholders, ensuring they are easy to understand and actionable.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ad-hoc analysis and special projects.

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay updated on the latest BI tools, technologies, and methodologies to continually improve data analysis and reporting capabilities.
• Recommend enhancements to existing BI processes and systems to increase efficiency and scalability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new BI technologies and methodologies.
