Job Title: AI Developer (Entry-Level)
Role Overview
The AI Developer will contribute to the design, development, and implementation of AI-driven solutions that address business challenges and enable data-driven decision-making. This role blends hands-on technical development with analytical thinking and client-focused solutioning, working under the guidance of experienced AI consultants and architects.

Key Responsibilities

Write code (predominantly in Python, R, Java, or C++) to implement AI algorithms.
Integrate AI models into existing software applications and support deployment to production environments (e.g., cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure).
Test, troubleshoot, and refine algorithms to improve performance, accuracy, and efficiency.
Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Assist in analyzing business needs and mapping them to AI-based technical approaches.
Develop and enhance AI applications using Python and Java, focusing on scalability and maintainability.
Perform data analysis, data cleansing, and exploratory data analysis to support AI/ML use cases.
Support the development and testing of AI models, prompts, and workflows.
Adhere to organizational standards, security protocols, and responsible AI practices.


Qualifications and Specialization
Qualification

Master’s Degree (preferred) in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.

Specialization / Skill Set

Strong proficiency in Python (essential), along with working knowledge of Java, C++, or R.
Solid understanding of Machine Learning (supervised and unsupervised), Deep Learning, Neural Networks, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Computer Vision.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud AI, or Microsoft Azure for deployment.
Working knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Proficiency with version control tools such as Git and GitHub.
