Data Analyst (Power BI & Snowflake)

ROLIM Global Corporation is hiring a Data Analyst (Power BI & Snowflake) for a direct client.

Title: Data Analyst (Power BI & Snowflake)

Location: Plano, TX - Onsite

The Data Analyst will transform complex Life Sciences datasets into actionable insights by designing and maintaining Power BI dashboards connected to Snowflake. This role requires strong analytical skills, visualization expertise, and collaboration with engineering teams to ensure data readiness.

Key Responsibilities

Power BI Dashboarding: Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports.

Snowflake Data Analysis: Query and analyze integrated datasets stored in Snowflake.

Integration Analysis: Work with data originating from NetSuite, Veeva Vault CRM, 3PL logistics, and IQVIA.

Collaboration: Partner with Data Engineers to validate data pipelines and ensure reporting accuracy.

Insight Generation: Translate raw data into business insights for commercial analytics teams.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong proficiency in Power BI (dashboard design, DAX, data modeling).

Hands‑on experience with Snowflake for querying and analysis.

Exposure to NetSuite, Veeva Vault CRM, 3PL data, and IQVIA datasets.

Ability to interpret complex datasets and communicate findings clearly.

Strong collaboration and communication skills with technical and business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

Background in Life Sciences commercial analytics or healthcare data.

Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in pharma/healthcare reporting.

Experience presenting insights to leadership and client teams.
