Accelerate Talent & Workforce Solutions is seeking a Talent Acquisition & Recruiting Operations Intern to join our growing team. This internship provides learning‑based experience in recruiting operations, talent acquisition processes, and day‑to‑day business workflows. Interns will gain exposure to candidate lifecycle activities, observe sourcing and screening practices, and support research and documentation projects while working directly with an experienced Talent Acquisition leader with more than 25 years of industry experience.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to learn both recruiting and talent acquisition. Interns will gain exposure to day‑to‑day recruiting workflows through observation, guided practice exercises, and research‑based projects. You’ll learn how sourcing, screening, and interview coordination work in real recruiting environments while supporting documentation, research, and process‑focused tasks that contribute to your professional development.
Whether you’re studying Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, Marketing, or simply exploring a career in recruiting, this internship provides meaningful real-world experience that goes beyond the classroom.
What You’ll Be Doing
✨ Observe interview coordination workflows and assist with documentation or scheduling practice exercises
✨ Learn how candidate communication is structured and help draft templates or sample responses
✨ Support documentation and organization projects while learning how candidate tracking systems are structured
✨ Assist with job postings, labor‑market research, and recruiting‑related research projects
✨ Participate in team meetings, coaching sessions, and professional development opportunities
