You’ll work alongside Sales, Category, and Supply Chain teams to track performance, uncover trends, and help drive smarter decisions through data. This is an exciting opportunity to gain real-world CPG experience and contribute to one of the most dynamic retail accounts in North America—with the chance to see how baked goods go from concept to shelf to cart.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze sales, inventory, and distribution data using Luminate, Excel, and internal dashboards
  • Track key metrics such as in-stock rates, forecast accuracy, promotional lift, and shelf performance
  • Assist in creating weekly sales summaries, business recaps, and cross-functional updates
  • Support preparation for line reviews, seasonal planning, and modular resets
  • Build Excel tools and PowerPoint slides to help Sales and Category teams make data-informed decisions
  • Collaborate with Sales and Supply Chain teams to identify risks and opportunities

Key Qualifications

  • Post secondary education in Commerce, Business Administration or related field
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, lookups, charts); PowerPoint for storytelling
  • Interest in CPG, retail, or category management—bonus if you love baked goods!
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with a love of learning through data
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey insights effectively
  • Agile thinker and doer, ambitious and driven
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
  • Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and contribute to business success with a roll up your sleeves mentality
  • Understanding of retail KPIs (sales velocity, distribution, promotional lift) an asset
  • Exposure to Walmart U.S. business practices or food manufacturing environments a bonus
