Seeking students interested in gaining practical experience in employee engagement, recruitment, and workforce development administrative services.

  • Position: HR Admin Intern
  • Duration: August 17, 2026 - May 8, 2027
  • Part time, working 15 – 29 hours/week
  • Location: Remote, based in Michigan (Eastern Time Zone)
  • Wage: $14/hour

The company is currently not authorized to support remote work employees in the following locations: Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, California, Delaware, Idaho, Massachusetts, Montana, Nebraska, Utah, Wyoming. 

The student internship program accepts international students with up-to-date work authorization for off-campus employment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with mentor to maintain internship program, recruit for student interns, lead phone interviews and video interviews
  • Lead employee engagement activities in a remote work environment, such as virtual game nights, creating trivia questions, fostering peer friendships, etc
  • Planning and implementing training and learning opportunities for staff by curating courses via LinkedIn Learning
  • Creating and updating reports for monthly, quarterly, and yearly data
  • Ensures all paperwork processed in a timely manner while maintaining confidentiality
  • Create documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and complete project research that supports the HR/Workforce Development Team
  • Support utilization of internal AI technology to assist team

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Interest in healthcare information technology as an industry.
  • Ability to effectively build rapport in a remote working environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with acute attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Be legally eligible to work in the US and off-campus.
  • Pass a criminal background check.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with digital tools like Zoom, JIRA, Confluence, HubSpot CRM, Microsoft Outlook, and Teams.
  • Comfortable using AI chatbot tools.
