CCS Global Tech is looking for a Recruiting Intern to join our recruiting team in Austin. This role will primarily support recruitment for technical positions, including IT, data, software, and related roles.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in recruiting and talent acquisition. We are looking for someone who is energetic, persistent, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Source and screen candidates for technical roles
  • Assist with resume review, candidate outreach, and interview coordination
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and update recruiting systems
  • Support the recruitment team with daily recruiting activities
  • Communicate with candidates professionally throughout the recruitment process
  • Learn how to evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, and role requirements
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams across different time zones

Qualifications

  • Previous recruiting, HR, talent acquisition, or internship experience preferred
  • Interest in technical recruiting or talent acquisition
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
  • Proactive, persistent, and eager to learn
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to take initiative
