Role Overview
We are looking for an AI-Native Marketing Intern who is curious, fast-learning, and excited about using AI tools to support marketing, content creation, growth, and business development.
This role is ideal for someone who is interested in startups, AI, marketing, recruiting, and cross-border business. You will work closely with the founder and team to help build OCBridge’s brand presence, create marketing content, support lead generation, and experiment with AI-powered marketing workflows.
Responsibilities
- Create and polish marketing content for LinkedIn, email campaigns, landing pages, flyers, and client-facing materials.
- Use AI tools to research industries, competitors, target customers, and recruiting market trends.
- Support content creation for Hiring Copilot, including product messaging, use cases, customer stories, and service descriptions.
- Help manage and improve OCBridge’s English and Chinese marketing materials.
- Assist with outbound marketing campaigns, including prospect research, messaging drafts, and campaign tracking.
- Support the team in creating visual and written content for social media, newsletters, and business development.
- Test and improve AI-assisted marketing workflows to make content production faster and more scalable.
- Help translate and localize marketing content between English and Chinese.
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin, with strong writing and communication skills.
- Strong interest in AI, marketing, startups, recruiting, or B2B SaaS.
- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Canva, or similar tools.
- Able to write clearly, think from the customer’s perspective, and improve messaging based on feedback.
- Detail-oriented, responsive, and willing to learn quickly in a fast-moving startup environment.
- Strong ownership mindset and willingness to take on different types of tasks.
- Prior experience in marketing, content creation, social media, recruiting, sales, or business development is a plus, but not required.
