UI/UX Internship

The Company: FANNFANN is a healthcare tech platform using AI to make navigating complex government benefits much easier for Americans. This is serious "Tech for Good" work.  Company Website: FANNFANN.com

The Position: UI/UX Dev Intern at FANNFANN. It’s a volunteer/portfolio-building spot now, but the goal is to transition you to paid staff as the company scales!

Location/Schedule: Very flexible. You’ll be remote, but we'll check in with a team meeting once a week—either virtually or in-person, totally up to you! You’ll get to see the full startup development lifecycle.

Who We Want: Junior and Senior Computer Science/Engineering students or recent graduates.

 

Your Mission:

  • Design mobile interfaces for both iOS and Android platforms, turning complex workflows into intuitive, user-friendly experiences.
  • Map user journeys by creating wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups from scratch.
  • Bridge platforms fluidly, ensuring designs respect both Apple Human Interface Guidelines and Google Material Design rules.
  • Own the developer handover, preparing pixel-perfect design files and assets that engineers can seamlessly translate into code.
