Entry-Level Data Analytics Developer

Entry-Level BI Developer

As an Entry-Level BI Developer, you'll work with industry-leading tools such as SQL, Power BI, Tableau, SSRS, and ETL technologies to transform raw data into meaningful business insights. You'll gain hands-on experience developing dashboards, building data models, and creating reporting solutions while developing the technical and analytical skills needed for long-term success in business intelligence, analytics, and data engineering.

What You'll Do:

  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, and SSRS.
  • Build and maintain data models that support business reporting and analytics.
  • Develop and support ETL processes to collect, transform, and load data from multiple sources.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements and deliver business intelligence solutions.
  • Optimize SQL queries, reports, and dashboards to improve performance and scalability.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting platforms.
  • Work with business stakeholders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and create actionable reporting solutions.
  • Document BI processes, data models, and reporting standards to support ongoing maintenance and knowledge sharing.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices in business intelligence, data visualization, and analytics.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of SQL and business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or SSRS.
  • Familiarity with data modeling, ETL processes, reporting, and dashboard development.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and grow within a collaborative team environment.
