About the Role
HCLTech is seeking a highly motivated Senior Developer (.NET L2/L3 Support) to join a dynamic technology team supporting business-critical production applications and enterprise systems. This role is ideal for candidates who possess strong technical expertise in the Microsoft technology stack and thrive in a fast-paced support and maintenance environment.
The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting, troubleshooting, enhancing, and maintaining production applications while working closely with customers, technical teams, and business stakeholders. We are seeking professionals who can quickly learn complex environments, work independently, and contribute meaningfully within the first few months of joining.
While experienced professionals are strongly preferred, exceptional candidates with 0–2 years of experience who demonstrate strong technical aptitude, problem-solving abilities, and growth potential may also be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 application support for enterprise-level .NET applications and production systems.
- Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve incidents, defects, and application performance issues.
- Monitor and support production environments to ensure system stability and reliability.
- Work with customers and stakeholders to understand issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Manage incidents, service requests, and change management activities through ServiceNow.
- Participate in root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
- Support application enhancements, bug fixes, and maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to deliver solutions.
- Participate in cross-functional training and support additional technologies as business needs evolve.
- Provide weekend on-call support on a rotational basis (approximately once every 4–5 weeks).
- Support shift-based schedules as required by project and customer needs.
- Maintain technical documentation and knowledge-sharing materials.

- Experience working in application support, maintenance, or production support environments.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience handling incidents, service requests, and change management processes.

- Strong customer-focused mindset and professional approach.
