Research and Development (R&D) Intern - Fall 2026

OneHope is a global ministry that seeks to catalyze a movement to help every child in every generation encounter Jesus through engagement with God's Word. By working with local churches, international ministry partners, schools, and governments, we have been able to reach over 2 billion children with a relevant Gospel message since we began in 1987.

Our internship program, Cultivate, is located in our international headquarters in South Florida. This program was born out of OneHope's 30+ years of experience in research, program design, and outcome-based ministry. We are a large, innovative nonprofit that seeks to match your God-given gifts with a God-driven mission. The goal is to equip college students and recent graduates to work in a faith-based, international organization through mentorship by experienced practitioners and by providing significant opportunities for personal, spiritual, and professional growth.

We are looking for a highly motivated Research & Development (R&D) Intern to join the Research & Development Team. The ideal candidate is curious, detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about research. They should have strong critical thinking skills, the ability to synthesize information from multiple sources, excellent written communication, and a proactive approach to solving problems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct literature reviews, data collection, and analysis to support research projects and strategic initiatives.
• Analyze research findings, generate reports, and interpret data to inform project development and decision-making.
• Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of research and development projects.
• Prepare research documentation, reports, presentations, and other materials to communicate findings and recommendations.
• Organize research files, maintain databases, and provide administrative support for ongoing projects.
• Collaborate with R&D team members by participating in meetings, brainstorming sessions, and project discussions.
• Support additional research and administrative tasks as assigned.
