We are looking for a recent college graduate to join the team as a Test Automation Engineer! In this role, you will help ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of enterprise applications through modern test automation practices. You'll work alongside experienced software engineers and quality professionals to build automated testing solutions that support critical business applications while gaining exposure to both software development and quality engineering. Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for enterprise applications using modern automation frameworks.
- Validate application functionality and identify opportunities to improve quality, reliability, and overall performance.
- Collaborate with Software Developers, Quality Engineers, Product Owners, and Business Analysts to understand requirements and ensure applications meet business needs.
- Support testing efforts across a variety of applications, including Salesforce, mobile, insurance, dealer, and enterprise platforms.
- Contribute to a centralized Testing Center of Excellence by helping standardize testing practices and automation strategies across development teams.
- Continuously improve automated testing processes and identify opportunities to optimize testing efficiency and software quality.
- Gain exposure to both software development and quality engineering, with opportunities to grow into future development or automation-focused roles.

Top Skills Required:
- Currently pursuing or have earned a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Programming experience with JavaScript or TypeScript.
- Understanding of software development fundamentals and object-oriented programming.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Interest in software quality, testing, and automation.
Nice to Have:
- Exposure to test automation frameworks such as Playwright or Cypress.
- Understanding of software testing concepts and test case development.
- Experience working with Git or other version control systems.
- Exposure to Agile software development methodologies.
- Interest in Salesforce or enterprise application development.
- Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing within deployment workflows.
