Sr Specialist Member of Technical Staff – Device Analytics and AI

This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered.

We are seeking an AI Applications Engineer to develop AI-driven solutions that leverage our enterprise AI platform and future AI products.

 

What you’ll do

  • Design and develop AI-powered applications using enterprise AI platform capabilities.
  • Build intelligent workflows integrating LLMs, APIs, and enterprise data.
  • Develop customer-facing and internal AI solutions leveraging device and network intelligence.
  • Collaborate with Product, Data Science, and Engineering teams to deliver production AI use cases.
  • Integrate AI services with backend APIs and enterprise systems.
  • Evaluate emerging AI technologies and rapidly prototype new capabilities.
  • Monitor application performance and continuously improve user experience.
  • Support AI governance, security, and responsible AI best practices.

 

What you’ll need

  • Experience developing enterprise software applications.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, Java, or similar languages.
  • Experience integrating APIs and cloud services.
  • Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, AI Agents, or GenAI frameworks.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

 

What you’ll bring

  • 1+ years of software development experience.
  • Experience building AI or data-driven applications.
  • Experience with cloud-native application development.
  • Experience integrating AI services into enterprise applications.
  • Knowledge of customer data, device analytics, or network analytics is a plus.
  • Passion for building innovative AI products at scale.

Our Sr Specialist Member of Technical Staff jobs earn between $128,100.00 - $205,800.00 USD Annual. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
