Job Title: Java Full Stack Developer

📍 Location: Wilmington, DE (Onsite – 5 Days/Week)
💼 Experience Required: 3+ Years
✅ Employment Type: W2 Only (No C2C)

Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Java Full Stack Developer with 3+ years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining modern web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Java backend development, front-end technologies, cloud platforms, and RESTful APIs. Candidates with exposure to AWS and modern development practices are highly preferred.

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in Core Java and Spring Boot
  • Strong knowledge of Java Full Stack Development
  • Experience with Angular or React.js
  • Hands-on experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript
  • Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
  • Good understanding of Microservices Architecture
  • Knowledge of SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle)
  • Basic experience with AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, IAM) is preferred
  • Familiarity with Git, Maven, and Jenkins
  • Understanding of CI/CD concepts
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable Java-based web applications.
  • Build responsive and user-friendly front-end applications using Angular or React.
  • Develop REST APIs and integrate backend services with frontend applications.
  • Work with Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including QA, DevOps, and Product teams.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Assist in deploying applications to AWS cloud environments.
  • Maintain technical documentation and support production applications.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Docker or Kubernetes is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Kafka or other messaging systems is an advantage.
  • Exposure to cloud-native application development.
  • AWS Certification is a plus.
