Are you earning your degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, or Building Construction this fall? If you're looking for more than just an internship and want the opportunity to launch your career with an established multifamily general contractor, we'd love to meet you.

As a Project Engineer Intern, you'll work side-by-side with experienced Project Managers and Superintendents on active multifamily construction projects throughout the Phoenix area. You'll gain hands-on experience in project coordination, scheduling, subcontractor management, RFIs, submittals, budgeting, quality control, and project closeout—developing the skills needed to become a successful Project Engineer and future Project Manager.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to see projects come to life from preconstruction through completion.

What We're Looking For

• Graduating Fall 2026 with a degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, Building Construction, or a related field.
• Internship, field, or multifamily construction experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with construction software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or Sage is a plus.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to learn from experienced construction professionals.
